Terms of Use

Rules for using the Trigv mobile apps.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Trigv mobile apps (the "App"). The App is a companion client for existing Trigv workspaces — it lets you sign in, receive push notifications, and view notification history stored on your device.

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

Service provider: Webtions OU (dba Trigv)
Registered address: Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia
VAT: EE102051737
Governing jurisdiction: Estonia, European Union
Contact: [email protected]

Trigv delivers developer notifications to registered devices. Notification content and history stay on your device — we deliver alerts but do not keep message text or notification history on our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and security

4. What the App does

The App lets you:

The App does not let you purchase services, change workspace plans, or manage account upgrades. Those actions, if available on your account, are handled outside the App.

5. Account access and workspace limits

Trigv accounts and workspaces are managed primarily through Trigv's web-based services. Plan features, event limits, and availability depend on the active status of your workspace. If a workspace exceeds its allocation limits or is otherwise inactive, push notification delivery may be temporarily paused until the workspace is restored.

For questions about your workspace status, account access, or adjustments, contact [email protected].

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

If you receive notifications through the App, the workspace owner or developer who added you is responsible for what they send. Contact them first about unwanted alerts; you may also report abuse to [email protected].

7. Intellectual property

Trigv, our logo, and the App software are owned by Webtions OU or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process information needed to operate the App (authentication, push delivery, and related service functions).

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party infrastructure — including mobile push delivery services and Trigv's hosted API — to deliver notifications and authenticate your session.

Push delivery also depends on your device, operating system settings, and network connectivity. We are not responsible for outages or limitations of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

Do not use Trigv for emergencies where failure could cause harm. Use dedicated on-call and paging systems for incidents that require guaranteed delivery.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webtions OU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to €50, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling it from your device.

To request account deletion, use the in-app account deletion flow or email [email protected]. Local notification history on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

We may suspend or terminate App access if you violate these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Courts in Tallinn, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
