Send test

The fastest way to confirm Trigv works — send an alert from the dashboard and check your phone. No code, no Zapier, no terminal.

Before you start

• Account at app.trigv.com
• Trigv for iOS installed from the App Store, signed in with the same account (Android coming soon).

Step 1 — Open Send test

1. Sign in at app.trigv.com.
2. In the left sidebar, click Send test.

Step 2 — Fill in the form

1. API key — select an existing key, or paste one you just created (create a key).
2. Channel — pick general (default) or another channel you’re subscribed to in the app.
3. Title — e.g. Test from dashboard.
4. Optional: description, level (info / success / warning / error).

Step 3 — Send and check your phone

1. Click Send (or equivalent button).
2. Within a few seconds you should see a push on your phone.
3. If nothing arrives, confirm the app is signed in and subscribed to that channel.

What the dashboard shows

The Overview page lists recent events (metadata only — not the message text). You’ll see delivery status and how many devices received the alert.
